Locals within 20-30km of the Fukushima #1 reactor have been told not to leave their homes. The count is currently at 400 milliSieverts. At 500 the lymphocyte cells in the blood are compromised. This is 8000 X-rays worth of radiation. There is also a fire in Reactor #4 now.
