Wishing Well

I wish that I could access other people's blogs here on blogger through the iPhone Blogger App, but it doesn't seem to be an option. The only thing I am able to do is create and view my own stuff.

Which seems a little narcissistic to me...

Not that I'm against loving myself; after all I'm continually driving to be a better human being in my quest for an enriching life. I love me!

My best friend Paula is writing very interesting stuff on her lifestyle and dietary shift to a whole food, natural food existence. I wish i could access it here. She has linked it to Google's G+. I can view it there but cannot seem to get the comments section to work. Free is free so that doesn't surprise me terribly, but it's a shame I have to turn on the computer to share my thoughts on her blog.

I wish for her to find this note.

I wish for everyone reading this, for those people whom I meet and just pass by today, and even those with whom I have no interaction at all, I wish for them all have a wonderful, enriching, fulfilling day.

I love you!

h2o Back in Action, Part 3: Bonus Suggestions

This is the 3rd and final episode in my "h2o" series. In this video I give you a few extra hints on how to prevent the sudden back attack that comes from doing "every day things" like cutting cheese, pouring coffee, picking up a frypan, washing your face, brushing your teeth, doing the dishes, etc. Figuring this little trick out has made a huge difference in my life. I know there are people out there who will agree with me!

I hope that this little hint gets picked up by some people who want to reduce their "back attack episodes". Through prevention, and developing this good habit (these good habits), it can really make a difference in your well-being. I love you!

h2o Back in Action, Part 2: Getting Down to Business

Part 2 of the series. If you need to get right down to business, this will show you what "h2o" is all about. I hope it works as well for those of you with back pain, as it has for me!

h2o Back in Action, Part 1: Background

I have wanted to make this series for a very long time. FINALLY, I did. I hope it helps those of you out there with back pain. This is part 1 of three parts. I had a lot to say on the topic as I have been a back pain pro now for over 20 years.
