The problem for us is that we do not know you. For all we know you may be no good, not liked by the Japanese and not speak Japanese correctly. However life is full of gambles and your email was convincing.
We are not veterans of selling internationally but have been to several European fairs and understand Europe very well. We appreciate that the Japanese have a very different way of doing business. Our first outing to ioft was to get a ‘feel’ for what it is about. However you may surprise us, and for an investment in you, it may be profitable first time around. So we would like you to assist and will pay your quoted daily rate, half airfare and accommodation. As well as the gratis follow up calls or emails after the fair, we would also expect you to send invitations beforehand, either by call or email, inviting many of the chain stores to our booth or tell me the best way for us to do that. Also we would like to pick your brain while we have you for the days at the fair.
We are staying at Washington hotel Tokyo bay.
Please inform me of how billing is to proceed.
